Random Quote Service

A random, ever-changing quote from a database will always provide a quick laugh. Here's the code to do it, and a database of extremely humorous quotes, if you need one. Also, using session variables, no quote will be displayed twice in a row. The code can be fully integrated into any enviornment. A tutorial on customizing it is included.
