The author writes "I was converting a whole lot of old code in KEWL, with mix of HTML and ASP, to a more object oriented approach with no variable code. I needed a tool that could correctly convert mixed code with a mix of HTML and variable to pure Response.Write ASP code. Then I realised that it would be useful to convert it back again for checking the HTML in a WYSWYG editor. So it works both ways and correctly handles variable tags in HTML in both directions."
