1. Choose a background color, text color, text font family, text font size. All for text in the text area.
2. It comes with many formatting buttons including: Bold, Italics, Underline, Hyperlink, New line, New paragraph, View, Font color. This applies to the resulting text after submitting the form!! It is like having an editor packaged with your custom text area! Your user definitely will be amazed.
3. You can still specifiy the name of the field, name of the form, number of rows and columns.
4. You can submit javascript scripts for onBlur, onChange, onClick actions.

In addition if you don't have access to the ColdFusion Administrator (if another company is hosting the site), you also don't have acess to see the DEBUG output generated since it is set in the CF ADMIN. Therefore, the work around is to place this tag within the Applicaiton.cfm at which time you will be emailed along with the error being displayed to a specified list of IP's. Usage: 1. Unzip the error.cfm and place in the same directory as your Application.cfm file. Then place the within your Application.cfm file (see the attached Application.cfm file for the example). 2. Modify the to match the email addresses you want the error to be sent to. 3. Modify the to add the IP's which will be able to see the erro on the page along with the error being emailed to the developer. FULL EXAMPLE. 1. Application.cfm: Add the following line 2. error.cfm (make sure this file is in the same folder as your Application.cfm file). Also make sure to modify the from= on line 56 of the error.cfm page to match what email address is sending the error. In addition to this readme, the Application.cfm and error.cfm files within the zip file you downloaded have usage syntax also. Feel free to modify the error.cfm match your colors and fonts. | License type:

It also has a main focus of providing ColdFusion developers with easy to use documentation on the ColdFusion custom tags we develop. Macromedia provided a nice Component Browser (available if you have the RDS password) that automatically provides documentation for CFCs on your server. Provided you organize your CFCs in a logical manner, this documentation interface is invaluable. However, Macromedia did not provide the same type of utility for our custom tags. CFTAGLIB aims to bring this same type of browser to our custom tags. In addition to the documentation benefits, new development concepts within ColdFusion MX are taken advantage of. These concepts of packages and tag libraries come to us by way of the J2EE environment ColdFusion now runs in. However, you do not need to know any Java to use either the CFTAGLIB methodology or application. As it stands right now, CFTAGLIB is still a work in progress. The core exists right now and is usable.
